  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll review confidentiality, go over any necessary paperwork, and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your goals, and we’ll begin creating a plan that feels supportive and manageable.

  • I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, stress, and personal growth. If you’re unsure whether your concern “qualifies” for therapy — it does. You’re welcome here.

  • My approach is person-centered, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and paced in a way that respects your readiness for change.

  • Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer to meet from the comfort of their home. I do not meet with clients in person

  • Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions (such as safety concerns involving harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a minor, elder, or dependent adult). We will review these limits during our first session.

  • I operate as a private pay (cash) practice and do not accept insurance, which allows me to maintain your privacy and tailor treatment fully to your individual needs.
